Not necessarily to do with Hitchin per se, but it was passing through it and it was a photographic opportunity not to be missed. It was an unusual van design and some thought had gone in to it and it wasn’t the usual dull, plain or un-imaginative thing that is usually sported on vans up and down the length and breadth of the British Isles.
